Question #1:
This speech is very important for teenagers and how a parent teaches their children, Dr. Carson spoke about life and future teenagers. When the entrances to the auditorium, he was receiving great cheers, clapping and some stood because those students know how Dr. Carson is, students know him from his autobiography, it distributed by the local bank to students. In his speech, he used simple words, not a high level of education, because he was addressing teenagers, but the main idea to convince the students and attracts their attention and makes his speech clear to all ages and everyone understands what he is talking about. He was effected on the students, about, he taught them what is the difference between being viewed as cool and being classified as a lowly nerd. He wants to build good teenagers don’t think like cool guys, the cool guys are not thinking about their future and life. They own luxury cars, wear the latest fashion, converse about the latest blockbuster movies and collect s bevy of girlfriends, finally a cool guy work with fast food restaurants or something like that. But the nerd guys are hauling around an armload of books in backpacks, they wear clean and big clothes, they ride the school bus, finally, the nerd guys work with great companies. He wants from students do not be like cool guys, but be like nerd guys, do not focus on one day but focus on your future, to be successful and useful in your life, he advises a students if you are not like nerd guys you will get tired in your life, he wants students to focus on their studies to graduation and goes off to college and after a few years you will graduate from a college and get a great job and when they make saving  a big chunk of his first few paychecks. They will buy everything they dreamed of like a luxury car, house, clothes, and travel everywhere, all of that when you be like nerd guys. When you focus on your future, life, and dream, life it is very easy, but you need focus. When Dr. Carson delivered his speech on students, the students want to change their lives and focus to be like nerd Guys and their want to focus about their future and their want change their think and develop their lives. The student became aware when they change their way of thinking, they will think about their future and their lives, so that they became proud of themselves and build a wonderful life. They know how to focus on the future because Dr. Carson gave them some ways to change their way of thinking. When Dr. Carson ask the students, who want to be like nerd guys all students raise their hands because this speech is very important for our social lives. When Dr. Carson finished his speech, all students stood and applauded and cheered. The students have become more aware of their lives.   
Question #2
Some obstacles that stand for best student, first it did not sleep enough hours, if the student hate her/his teacher he/she will hate the course, if he/she has disagreed with her/his mam or dad, if her/his house not quiet, if he/she does not eat regular meals, if he/she has bad friends, if a source of family income is small, if the student’s family need money, so the student will leave the school and help his family. So the teacher must love all students, the students must sleep enough hours and eat their meals regularly, the best student must have good friends, if the student her/his family do not have enough money the school must help the students

The high school (younger) it is a very important period and Dr. Carson mention several things to teenager, they must focus on your studies and to get a high GPA and go to college, so  do not follow bad people and do not spend your time to video games and move and do not dream for everything when you finish college you will get nice job and after that you can buy everything and travel everywhere, if you lost your study the life it is very hard you want some money to lives so you will go to screech about the job in a fast food restaurant  it is really hard, I work in a fast food restaurant  and some people are mad but you need to respect them, you will stay standing on your feet a more 7 hours you can not sit, so focus in your study to get better life, do not lost your time to bad thing, and keep up about your homework and keep on manage your time

When I came to Blinn College, I took the TSI test. I passed math, but I did not pass reading, so I’m taking the Reading 0304 course to develop my reading and writing skills. I don’t know how to use Add and Drop courses system, so when I added Reading 0304, I did not know how do to search about my instructor, therefore I enrolled to Mr. Still class. The first day of class Mr. Still met us, described how he will teach us, and the teaching methods he will use during the spring semester. But, the class changed many things for me.
